If you order any shelving product by 1pm and we will arrange dispatch for next working day delivery (excludes scottish highlands & Islands). Delivery to Northern & Southern Ireland please allow 3 working days. If a specific day is required we will do our best to deliver on that requested date. We are also able to offer a pre 10am, pre 12 noon as well as Saturdays deliveries. Delivery charges may cost more for this dedicated delivery service. You will be notified of all delivery charges upon order. Please note we use an external carrier network to deliver all goods and although always doing our best to keep to requested times & dates occasionally these are missed for reasons beyond our control. Ultimately we cannot be liable for any expense or loss owing to this.


We are able to accept returns of undamaged goods in their original packaging. There will be a 15% handling charge on all returns.


All claims for shortages or damaged goods must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt of goods. Any claims after the 3 days cannot be submitted for claim approval. All customers and third party recipients are required to sign for all deliveries as `unchecked` or `Damaged`. Failure to do so will jeopardise and subsequent claim.


All goods remain the property of Countrywide shelving a trading name and division of Crown Display Ltd until full payment has been made.
